My only complaint is the app makes it too easy to part ways with my money.

I am enjoying Alza very much. If it would be possible to message me in English rather than Czech, I would appreciate it. I am an American living as a full-time resident in the Czech Republic. Thank you. Henry Williams

Easy to buy. Hard to return. They stifle all reviews on web site and not on google reviews. If you may need to return abs item better to go to local retailer.

Always quality always on time

This app is great when ordering from ALZA! Skip the lines and pay boxes. It’s very convenient to order something and hit the button so when you arrive at a showroom your order is waiting for you. ALZA has great customer service and I’m happy to be able to shop and handle everything from my phone!

Pravé jsem babičce oobrdnal ze spojených státu. Alza mi dokonce dokáže zatextovat na můj mobil. Babička samozřejmě žije v ČR. Díky! Bude se hodit i v okolo Vánoc! 👍🏼

The title says it all!

I do not like the fact Alza is forcing me to upgrade the App. Right now is not a good moment, it could wait for few days. Hey, Alza you need to version your backend APIs.

Je videt snaha, aplikace se postupne vylepsuje... Ale nektere veci stale funguji na webu vyrazne lepe. V posledni verzi treba nejde vybrat doprava alza express...

Some recent improvements to the returns department helpful and this ordering application works somewhat well however... Alza the company provides no competent human service for faulty products, refunds, or returns. The problem then becomes solely the customers responsibility. They do not use or respond to telephones, nor have any inter-office communications. It then becomes a "Kafka-esque" rabbit hole of burecratic denial and web based complaint forms. No formal EU level customer support training for staff yet. While the purchasing process has been simplified, customer support is then passed along to the manufacturer, and this retailer will not be concerned with solving or processing your concerns. A narrow profit margin requires a narrow business plan to encourage return customers. Will not be returning to use this application or support this company. Keep trying Alza. Improvements do not qualify success. Customer satisfaction should be your ONLY objective. Thank You.

Aplikace je fajn, clovek rychle najde co potrebuje - chce-li to ale koupit, napojeni na bankovni sluzby je pomalejsi, pada a meli by na tom jeste zapracovat..

opravdu mohu doporučit.
